Websites

William & Mary offers four ways to create a public website.

  1. If you are a member of a program or department, you can use Cascade, W&M’s content managment system, to update your program/department web site (those pages found on www.wm.edu).  More information about Cascade
  2. For making simple Web sites for Student Organizations, personal web sites and other purposes, Creative Services maintains Tribe Voices.  Learn more about Tribe Voices
  3. To manage more complicated Web sites, Academic Technology maintains a Multi-site installation of WordPress.  Find out more about WordPress or Get started by signing up for an account at W&M
  4. If you want to use your site for collaborative writing, W&M has a subscription to Wikispaces, a third-party service that hosts wikis.  Learn more about WMwikis
